Peydo App provides AI-powered financial expense tracking tools including:
- Receipt scanning
- Expense categorization
- Transaction tracking
- Tax reporting assistance
Peydo App is not a tax advisor, accounting firm, financial institution, or legal advisor. All financial decisions made using data generated by the Service remain your responsibility.
4. No Professional Advice
The Service does not provide tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all financial information. You agree to consult licensed professionals when necessary.
5. Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Illegal activity
- Abuse of the system
- Reverse engineering
- Violation of these Terms
6. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing
The Service operates on a subscription basis. We offer a 3-day free trial.
- During the trial period, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your selected subscription (monthly or annual) will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You authorize recurring billing through our payment provider (Paddle) until cancellation.
- Pricing may change with prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
Peydo App offers a 14-day refund period from the date of the first paid subscription charge. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial billing date to: contact@peydoapp.com.
After the 14-day refund period expires, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund processing is subject to Paddle's payment policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paddle as our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details.
9. Data Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including:
- Receipt images
- Financial records
- Tax information
You grant Peydo App a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Process
- Store
- Analyze
- Display
Your data solely for providing the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
10. AI & Third-Party Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies and third-party APIs including OpenAI to process uploaded data. Data is processed strictly for feature functionality. Some data may be transmitted to third-party providers for processing under secure agreements. We do not sell personal data.
11. Data Retention
If you delete your account:
- Data will be retained for up to 1 year
- After 1 year, data will be permanently deleted unless required by law
12. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in:
- Software
- Design
- Branding
- Technology
- Algorithms
Remain the exclusive property of Peydo App. You may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Resell
Any part of the Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peydo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Tax penalties
- Data loss
- Incorrect financial reporting
Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States under applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
